Well last night was not fun.... While patting Betty lou I noticed a bump on the back of her neck. I looked a little closer and Dad and I figured that she had a TICK attached to her. Well I looked on the internet to see what they looked like and how to get them of!!!! Well I couldn't find one that looked like the one on her but decided that we had to get it off. Betty Lou did not think that was a good idea. Well Dad held her and I tried....more than once to pull it off with tweezers (it was hard) , sure enough when we got it off and put it on a piece of paper towel...it was a tick....it was still alive of course..GROSS.... Dad got rid of it and poor Betty Lou... Well she was fine after she got some of her treats... I guess I better go and get some stuff to prevent more friends attaching themselves to Betty Lou...I don't want to have to do that again...

OK Jill I finally posted it..... Jill made apple crisp for dessert.....Yes it tasted as good as it looked!!!! mmmmm.
